ERIC KILGORE

An area native and Army veteran, Eric has spent his career building to the ownership position. His initial apprenticeship with Executive Chef Jorge Carreño not only taught him the value of fresh ingredients and cultural recipes; it hooked him on making his career in the kitchen. He traveled to the Eastern seaboard, to South Carolina and Florida, to learn seafood preparation and the finer side of dining and creating unique entrées. Most recently, Kilgore served as Corporate Chef for Justice League Restaurant Group where he oversaw restaurant brands and styles.

JUSTIN KALINAY

An enthusiastic food service veteran since his teens, Justin has served customers in every role from host to bartender; from server to catering manager. Undergraduate work at the College of Wooster focused on Anthropology and Classical Studies while his Master’s education from Simmons College is in Gender & Cultural Studies. Both have molded his organizational and public outreach abilities into a masterful customer service skill set. As a bonus, he shares his passion for mixology crafting unique cocktails when behind the bar.

CHARLES SINCLAIR

Born in the Mahoning Valley with an Old World soul, Chuck has been immersed in artisanal baking for the last six years. He takes pride in experimenting with a myriad of unique flavors from salted caramel and strawberry champagne to Tiramisu and PB & J. He is excited to provide an array of tasty and flavorful desserts to satisfy guests cravings.

A passionate “foodie” for as long as he can remember, Nick is constantly trying new foods and experimenting with different flavors and spices. He has devoted himself to learning the fundamentals of a professional kitchen under the tutelage of professional chefs for the past several years and eager to share his talents with the community.
