Owner and Executive Chef
An area native and Army veteran, Eric has spent his career building to the ownership position. His initial apprenticeship with Executive Chef Jorge Carreño not only taught him the value of fresh ingredients and cultural recipes; it hooked him on making his career in the kitchen. He traveled to the Eastern seaboard, to South Carolina and Florida, to learn seafood preparation and the finer side of dining and creating unique entrées. Most recently, Kilgore served as Corporate Chef for Justice League Restaurant Group where he oversaw restaurant brands and styles.
